09299 CHICKEN SKEWERS At ENGADINE 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS 1 package of Turkey skewers 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1/2 lemon 4 spoons of oil bread crumbs, salt and pepper In a bowl diluted mustard with lemon juice; then add the pepper, oil and beat with the prongs of the fork.

Brush the skewers with this sauce and then toss them mano a mano in the breadcrumbs.

Arrange in a baking dish and place in preheated oven (200° c) and cook for about 15 minutes.
