Chicken skewers and trevisana
Instructions
Cut the chicken breast into strips or cubes of about 3 cm, let them marinate for half an hour in a bowl with a tablespoon of olive paste, 3-4 sprigs thyme chopped, 1 tablespoon olive oil and olives.
Cut the radicchio to segments and infilzateli on 4 wooden skewers alternating with the chicken and olives drained from marinade.
Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet, toss with a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
