Rice pudding with pears
Instructions
Add the flour to milk, taking care not to create lumps, add a pinch of salt, sugar and bring to a boil stirring.
Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, 5 minutes before turning off the heat add lemon zest.
Peel and cut into squares, add additional washers pears 3/4 to the pudding and pour everything into a wet ring mold with cold water.
Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour.
When serving pour the pudding into a serving dish and fill the void in the middle with remaining pears.

- 120 g of brown rice flour
- 50 cl of soymilk
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 4 pears
- 1 pinch of salt
