Bread dumplings
Instructions
Soak in water 50 cl 400 g stale rye bread slices.
Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of cream, a pinch of pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, one one dry basil, 1 tablespoon of grated cheese and a fried onion and chopped carrot.
Add salt, mix well and form from this compound large balls as hazelnuts from boil in boiling water and season with tomato sauce.
