Clean the anchovies.

Peel Garlic, cut into thin slices, insert one anchovy in each, along with a Basil leaf, forceps.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices along with lemons.

Grease a round baking dish with a diameter of 18 cm with two tablespoons of olive oil and arrange half of the tomatoes and lemons on the bottom, add the basil leaves clean, season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the anchovies on tomato, accavallandole slightly between them, arrange the tomato slices and remaining lemon along the circumference of the baking dish and cover with remaining basil leaves.

Drizzle all with remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil, pepper and a pinch of salt and cook in oven at 210 degrees for about 15 minutes.

Serve cold.
