Artichokes with cheese
Instructions
Boil the artichokes for 10 minutes in boiling salted water, drain, cut into slices and place them on a serving dish.
Put in a casserole, at very low heat, butter, egg yolks and two cheeses grated; stir until the mixture is smooth, pour the sauce over artichokes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of artichokes
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 25 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
