Clean the artichokes, remove the stems and cut them into wedges lengthwise.
Parboil for about 10 minutes in salted water and then drain really well.
Prepare a batter with flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt.
Pass the slices of artichokes in batter and fry them in the butter foamy.
