Marinated anchovies (3)
Instructions
Arrange the anchovies in a deep dish and let them marinate for 2 hours with a very thin sliced onions, chopped celery hearts (by a few), the juice of half a lemon, a pizzichino of salt, a pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Wash the capers and mix them with the chopped celery leaves, chervil, parsley, a pinch of hot pepper, the juice of half a lemon and two tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin.
Serve anchovies served with a mixed salad and seasoned with sauce with capers.

- 10 spinate anchovies (120 g)
- 20 g of salted capers
- 1 scallion
- 1 heart of celery
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Chervil
- Parsley
- 1 pinch of chili

- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 pinch of salt
