Instructions
Cut the meat into pieces first, then more and more finely, using a sharp knife.
Place it in a bowl and season it with salt, freshly ground pepper, oil.
Skewer the garlic on the tines of the fork and stir the mixture.
Combine the lemon juice and serve immediately accompanying with gherkins.
