Aromatic carrots
Instructions
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin sticks.
Brown the onion with the garlic in the butter, then add the carrots, season, then add the broth.
Cover, lower the heat and bring to boiling.
Toward the end of cooking add the herbs, salt, pepper and, lastly, vinegar and let evaporate.

- 800 g of carrots
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 50 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of chopped herbs (sage, rosemary)
- A Few Tablespoons Broth =
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Salt
- White pepper
