Drunken cherries
Instructions
Cut the stalk of black cherries about three millimeters from the base, sciaquatele and dry them in the air.
Pour the sour cherries in jars with airtight lids, attention to the perfect cleaning of the latter, otherwise you risk to eat dancing cherry green mildew; then add the sugar, cinnamon, cloves, almonds and alcohol so that the cherries are covered perfectly.
Close the jar and keep it in a place ascitto and dark, where children are afraid to come, because you have to wait at least three months before you try them.

- 1000 g of ripe cherries
- 200 g of sugar
- Sweet alcohol
- 1 bit of cinnamon stick
- Some of cloves
- Some of bitter almonds
