Instructions
Wash the peppers, and let them dry for 1-2 days. (make sure to dry well)
Cut the chiles into pieces small medium large and place in a bowl of chili strokes forming, salt and vinegar, and mix well.
After that, put them to drain with a weight above all night and the next day they are ready to be put into the jar and submerged of good extra virgin olive oil.
Leave them in the dark for 2-3 months and you will have delicious chili.
