Turkey with corn flakes
Instructions
Put the milk in a large bowl with salt and pepper and emulsify with a fork, dip the Turkey slices (should be 4/5) to let them set for 10 minutes.
In a plate put the corn flakes and crush lightly with a glass.
"Fried" Turkey slices in corn flakes and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 20 minutes in hot oven 220°
220 Kcal per portion: satisfaction and palate.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of Turkey sovracosce cut into slices (ask the butcher to de-bone and spellarla)
- 1 dl milk
- 100 g corn flakes in brine
- salt and pepper to taste.
