Turkey with capers
Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet and lightly brown the slices of Turkey in focus.
Lower the flame and cook the meat for another 7 minutes.
Chop the capers.
Remove Turkey slices from heat and keep warm.
In the same Pan put 2 tablespoons of water and allow it to heat, remove from heat and add the capers, juice of 1/2 lemon, butter and a little salt, stir and pour over the meat when the butter is melted.

- 300 g of sliced turkey breast
- 1 tablespoon of pickled capers
- 30 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- Little of salt
