Baked chatter for Carnival
Instructions
Turn on the oven and bring it to 200 degrees temperature. Put a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet large enough. Put in a large bowl mix the sifted flour, baking powder and add a pinch of salt, eggs, sweet wine, margarine, sugar, grated lemon rind and mix. If the dough is a bit hard, put two or three tablespoons of milk in a small bowl, wet your hands with the same and quickly knead until you get a smooth dough. Leave the dough obtained for 5-10 minutes and then spread the dough with a rolling pin until obtaining a sheet of 2-3 mm thick.
Get the chatter into the desired shape with the help of a wheel cutters, arrange them on the baking sheet spaced between them and pass in a hot oven. Cook for 10 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove the Pan from the oven, place on a platter and chatter, when they are warm, spolverizzarle with icing sugar.
