Crostini Ala fantasy

Crostini smeared with cream of salmon, cream Bacon and gorgonzola cream and walnuts.

Here's the recipe for pasta with salmon cream. In a bowl mix the soft butter, mascarpone and a couple of tablespoons of milk. With a whisk mix thoroughly until mixture is smooth and creamy. Made of chopped very fine, add to salmon mixture of mascarpone cheese, seasoned with a pinch of salt and lemon juice.

Use the same procedure to replace salmon or bacon gorgonzola and walnuts, then pleasure spread on sliced bread or sliced bread.
