Rustic cake with sausages
Instructions
Chop the salami, mortadella and emmenthal cheese and keep aside. In a large bowl put the lukewarm milk (where you previously dissolved yeast cube), oil, eggs, salt, sugar and mix with an electric mixer. Add a little at a time the sifted flour and finally also the salami and cheese. Stir until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into a mold to bun and leave to rise until doubled in volume.
Bake at 180° -200° for 25 minutes. Serve cake topped with slices of rustic salami and mortadella.
