Shrimp in pink sauce
Instructions
Prepare a pot with water, the glass of wine and a pinch of salt. Dip the shrimp and turn on the gas. Drain when the water starts to boil and allow to cool.
In a bowl, gently mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, cognac and spoon the celery cut in small pieces. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and stir gently.
You can serve in scallop shells or crystal bowls with lettuce leaves.

- 600 gr. of shrimp
- 200 gr. of mayonnaise
- a spoonful of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon cognac
- a glass of white wine
- a heart of celery
- salt
