Brussels sprouts au gratin (2)
Instructions
Boil Brussels sprouts well washed in salted water for about 10 minutes, drain and keep aside on a hot plate.
In a saucepan heat the butter and two tablespoons of olive oil, saucepan, Diced Bacon, add the Brussels sprouts, by spraying if necessary with a little hot water.
Stir every now and then why not stick to the bottom of the pan.
Prepare the béchamel sauce.
When is ready season with half the grated Gruyere cheese, add salt and pepper and remove from heat.
Place sprouts in a buttered baking dish, spolverizzateli with half of remaining cheese, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve.

- 700 g of brussels sprouts
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
- 100 g of bacon
- Bechamel
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
