Mullet with mushrooms
Instructions
In a buttered baking dish make a base with chopped onion, a little garlic and parsley, add the sliced mushrooms.
Settle over the mullet, salt it also internally, sprinkle with white wine with a little water, add some bits of butter.
Bake in hot oven for about three quarters of an hour; and don't forget to water the fish with its sauce.

- 1 cephalus of 1000 g
- 1 onion
- No of garlic
- Parsley
- 100 g of cultivated mushrooms
- 2 cups of dry white wine
- Butter
- Salt
