Cucumber in yoghurt
Instructions
Pour the oil into a container, spremervi the garlic cloves and stir in vinegar.
Beat the yoghurt with the whip and mix it with the oil.
Add cucumbers cut into sticks, salt, pepper and chopped dill.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 cucumbers
- 30 cl of yoghurt
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- Fresh dill (or wild fennel)
- Salt
- Pepper
