Pineapple chutney
Instructions
Peel the pineapple and cut into cubes.
Mince the ginger, onions, garlic and chilies.
Mix together sugar, vinegar and grated zest of lime.
Season with salt.
Place all ingredients in a crock pot and cook until the sauce begins to thicken.

- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1 cup of white wine vinegar
- 500 g of sugar
- 1 inch of fresh ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 large onions
- 1/2 stick of cinnamon
- 3 pepperroncini piccanti
- Salt
