Instructions
Brown the chicken livers in butter, lower the flame and cook slowly wetting with broth, season with salt.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl put egg yolk with flour, a little at a time so as not to make lumps, stirring well with a wooden spoon, add the lemon juice and a bit of broth (must remain semi-liquid).
Pour the sauce over the chicken livers and cook a few minutes, serve and grind over pepper to taste when they are already on the plates.
