Onions with mayonnaise
Instructions
Peel the onions and throw them in boiling salted water flavored with vinegar, bay leaf and cloves.
Cooking, taking care not to grind into tiny pieces.
Drain and leave to cool.
Cut into wedges and arrange them on a tray.
Coat with mayonnaise and a handful of chopped parsley.
