Cocktail of potatoes, apples and tuna
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, previously boiled and made it cool, then cut into tiny cubes and put them in a bowl.
Peel the apples, cut them into cubes of pure thickness equal to those potatoes and mix them in early.
Drain tuna, put it on the cutting board and reduce it into pieces, then put them in the bowl and stir well all three ingredients.
Add then the pink sauce and mix everything together.
If you think necessary, season with salt.
One-sixth of the compound pressed into a mold Dome, then dessert, turn out in a bowl for serving.

Cut thin slices of Apple to the gasket and some disponetene around the ' cocktail ', coronandolo with tomato segments.
