Andalusian cream
Instructions
Sauté in saucepan 1 onion in butter, add the other vegetables and allow to cook for 2 minutes.
Add the broth, the salt and let it boil slowly until the vegetables are well cooked.
Leave to cool, go all in, then filtering the Mashers cream and put back on the fire; combine the cream and rice; mix thoroughly and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 400 g of diced potatoes, diced pumpkin and tomatoes without seeds
- == 1 sliced onion
- 50 g of butter, cream and boiled rice
- 75 cl of hot broth
- Salt
