Instructions

Beat the eggs with the flour, melted butter and salt.

Pour spoon the batter into a greased pan and cook the crepes.

Fry the mushrooms and put them to the cheese and bechamel sauce to diced ham.

Mix and fill the crepes with the mixture forming parcels.

Place them in an ovenproof dish and put in oven at 180 degrees to the grill.
