Instructions
Mix the eggs with the flour, butter, sugar, mulled wine or lemon zest and salt until dough is quite soft.
Spread it out in a not too fine pastry, cut it into pieces of various shapes (round, square, rectangular, etc.
).
Throw them into the steaming hot oil, put after a few seconds and sprinkle with sugar.

- 300 g of sifted flour
- 3 eggs
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of sugar
- A few tablespoons of mulled wine (or zest of 1/2 lemon)
- Olive oil
- End sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
