Quick chocolate tart
Instructions
Roll out the pastry into a pie dish by 22 cm and gilds in oven for 20 minutes.
350 ml milk heated with half of the sugar in a saucepan.
Melt another bitter chocolate container and add the hot milk.
In a bowl, combine remaining sugar with the egg yolks, cold milk, and starch.
Stir until mixture is smooth and creamy, add the warm milk and the melted chocolate.
Bring on the heat and heat the mixture stirring until boiling.
Add the butter, pour the mixture into the pastry cooked previously.
Let cool and garnish with whipped cream or orange peels.
