For the Crostini appetizer
Instructions
Clean the mushrooms by removing the ends of stems, then wash them and dry them.
Finely chop the onion with the garlic cloves.
Fine chopped the Bacon (you can chop all three of these ingredients by putting them together in the mixer).

Remove the crust from the bread slices and lightly tostatele so allineatele on a serving dish, put the mixture of mushrooms and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve very hot with a fresh glass of Vernaccia.

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 g of lean bacon (or ham ham butt)
