Instructions

Set on fire two saucepans with water: add only a handful of salt, the other joined some speck of pepper and the juice of half a lemon.

Bring the water to a boil; in the first casserole dip mixed frozen vegetables and calculated about 10 minutes from the moment when the water starts to boil; in second saucepan place the lobster and let it boil for about 20 minutes.

Drain the vegetables and let them cool down.

Drain the lobster and, as soon as it is sufficiently cooled, sgusciatela, pulling the flesh gently.

With three eggs, a pinch of salt, the juice of half a lemon and oil as required, prepare a cup of mayonnaise and unitene about two thirds to vegetables, incorporating also the liquid drained from pickled vegetables preserves and shredded.

Mix everything well.

Take a bowl shaped like a dome, grease it slightly, place the bottom a layer of vegetables, add a few slices of lobster, then vegetables, another layer of lobster and continue until exhaustion ingredients.

When you have finished, press lightly the mixture so that it stays nicely compact, and put in the fridge for about 2 hours; Meanwhile finely chop the two hard-boiled eggs.

Then turn the mold onto the plate and coat the dome with remaining mayonnaise levelling it well and sprinkle with chopped eggs.

To make it even richer this preparation, you can further decorate the platter with olives, anchovy fillets, lettuce leaves; In addition, you can add inside two layers of boiled shrimp.
