Nutella delight
Instructions
Split the vanilla pod, remove the pips and mix them with 6 tablespoons of icing sugar.
Whip the egg yolks with vanilla sugar then add the sieved flour and cornflour.
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt and add to the mixture before stirring.
A plate lined with buttered parchment paper, pour the mixture and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
When cooked, upside down while holding it on a cloth damp and powdered sugar and roll the dough wrapping it in cloth waiting to cool down.
Unroll the dough, then drizzle of vanilla liqueur, lie the Nutella, roll it and wrap it in aluminum foil.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Remove the foil, sprinkle with icing sugar and chocolate chips.

- 4 eggs
- 40 g of flour
- 35 g of maizena
- 10 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 pod vanilla
- Dark chocolate chips
- 25 g of butter
- 30 g of sugar
- Vanilla liqueur
