Duet of vegetables in sauce
Instructions
Trim and wash the beans.
Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
Boil them separately for 20 minutes.
Mix mayonnaise with ketchup, worcester, mustard and lemon juice.
With this sauce seasoning the vegetables.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of green beans
- 300 g of carrots
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon of worcester
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- Little of lemon juice
