Green beans provencal
Instructions
Clean the beans, wash and cook in salted water.
When cooked drain them and let them cool in a pan put oil and butter, then FRY gently over low heat the onion, cut into medium-sized slices and clove of chopped garlic, then add the tomatoes cut into wedges more or less big cook everything for a short time so that the tomatoes will cook very slowly until not too at this point add the beans, season with salt and pepper, blow up the whole thing and serve.
Before serving you can also add chopped Basil or Parmesan cheese shavings.

- 600 g of fresh green beans
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped basil (optional)
- Shredded parmesan cheese (optional)
