Surprise parcels
Instructions
Place on cutting board and beef slices lightly with appiattitele meat tenderizer.
Spread each slice with a thin layer of tomatoes and sprinkle half chopped anchovy.
Add a slice of mozzarella cheese and a pinch of oregano.
Fold each slice to portfolio, close the rolls with 2-3 skewers and toss them in a veil of flour.
Peel the peppers and reduce it in thin strips.
In a skillet heat 2 tablespoons oil, add the salt, pepper and cook at low heat covered for 10 minutes.
In another Pan fry the rolls with 3 tablespoons oil and 1 knob of butter.
Just have browned, transfer it to a plate.
Then Deglaze the remaining cooking in the pan with the wine.
Add the remaining tomato pulp, the rolls and the peppers.
Add salt, pepper and cook everything together covered for half an hour.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of topside veal in slices from 50 g
- 1 mozzarella
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 150 g of tomato pulp
- 1 great yellow pepper
- Oregano
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
