Guinea fowl with onions
Instructions
Bring a casserole to the right degree of heat, place the Guinea fowl to Brown it well until indorarla by all parties.
Add the sliced onions and 2 glasses of white wine.
Close the lid and cook for 30 minutes.
When serving add cream to the broth and mix well.

- 25 cl of cream
