Broad beans with ham (2)
Instructions
Peel the beans and place them in plenty of cold water and boil for 10 minutes.
Very finely chop ham, onion, carrot and sauté in a pan with half dose of butter.
Add drained beans into the vessel, WAM-wet with a glass of broth, salt and pepper.
Simmer until the cooking liquid is considerably narrowed.
Stir the mixture with the remaining butter, passed on the serving dish and serve the beans sprinkled with chopped parsley.

- 2000 g of fresh fava beans
- 1 slice of ham (slices from 100 g)
- 40 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 glass of broth
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
