Savoury liver
Instructions
Cut onions into thin slices and fry them with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper when the onions are well cooked, add the liver cut into strips and passed slightly in the flour.
Cook at low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 4 slices of liver (high 1 cm slices)
- 4 red onions
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Flour
