Topside veal with olives
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and exhaust the most finely chopped onion.
Beat breast slices lightly, spread them with olive cream, roll them up and legatele.
Arrange the rolls in the pan of onions, let stand for 2 minutes, turning constantly, reduce the heat and bring to cooking in 7-8 minutes.
There is no need to add salt because to give taste just the cream of olives.
Serve the rolls with onion sauce.

- 600 g of veal breast, sliced
- 1 jar of olive paste
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Pepper
