Spicy pork loin slices
Instructions
Brown the meat in 4 tablespoons oil, wet with half the wine and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the curry powder, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes, bathing gradually with the remaining wine.
Turn up the heat, add the lemon slices and leave to thicken the sauce.
Served piping hot.

- 600 g of sliced pork loin
- Olive oil
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 6 slices of lemon
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- Salt
- Pepper
