Mustard fillets
Instructions
Heat the oil in a frying pan, Cook the fillets over high heat, and should keep them warm.
Remove the oil from the Pan and melt half butter, stemperarvi mustard, combine the Worcestershire sauce, cognac and a pinch of salt.
Cook the sauce over high heat while stirring.
Off the heat combine butter and melt.
Put the fillets on a serving dish, irrorarli with the sauce and serve immediately.

- 400 g of beef fillets
- 40 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of spicy mustard
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 6 tablespoons of cognac
- Olive oil
- Salt
