Barbecue chicken fillets
Instructions
Emulsify the oil with the lemon juice, the chopped herbs, a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper.
Soak in the sauce chicken fillets for 1 hour.
Cook on hot grill for about 15 minutes, brushing with the marinade.
