Fillets of sole with grapes
Instructions
Put the butter in a frying pan with wine and grape halves.
Cook a couple of minutes, then focus passes the grapes in the mixer and prepare a sauce.
Cook steamed fish, seasoned with olive oil, salt and pepper.
In a pan put the sauce, add remaining grapes and let reduce by half over low heat.
Season the fish with the sauce and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of sole fillets
- 400 g of sweet white grape
- 40 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 10 cl of sweet white wine (malvasia)
- Salt
- Pepper
