Turkey fillets with mushrooms
Instructions
Saute the butter in a frying pan, lay the fillets of Turkey and, when they have browned, add the previously made finding mushrooms in warm water, well washed and roughly chopped.
Wet with white wine, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 20 minutes, leaving the sauce slightly narrow.

- 4 turkey fillets
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of dried mushrooms
- 1 glass white wine
