Instructions
Salt and pepper the fillet, place it in a saucepan with the wine and let it cook very slowly and covered for 3-4 hours, basting with boiling water if necessary.
Half an hour before removing the meat from the fire, add the parsley and lemon juice.
Let cool the tenderloin, slice it, cover with the sauce and serve.
