Stuffed pumpkin flowers (3)
Instructions
Clean the flowers their stems, wash and drain.
Prepare the stuffing: Mix chopped meat and Ham with the crumb squeezed by milk, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper (if the dough is soft, add the breadcrumbs).
Fill the flowers of this mixture, sprinkle with flour and cook in Golden, add butter.
Serve them as well, or you can add tomato sauce diluted with broth and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, if you want the latter two ingredients.

- 20 pumpkin flowers
- Flour
- 50 g of butter
- Tomato sauce (optional)
- Nut broth (optional)
- For the filling:
- Stuffings
- Chopped cooked ham with meat
- 1 handful of wet crumbs and squeezed by milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Freshly ground white pepper
