Tricolor flan with pepper sauce
Instructions
Grease a rectangular mould with a capacity of 1 l, rivestitelo with greaseproof paper and put it in a cool place.
Cook separately the carrots, Peel and cut into small pieces, and French beans; Let thaw spinach cuocendoli for 5 minutes in a pan without water.
Drain all vegetables, keeping aside the cooking water, and puree through a sieve, separately, collecting the puree into three bowls.
Place in each of them a yolk, salt and pepper, stir well, then add the spinach with nutmeg and stir the whipped mashed beans.
Spread spinach mixture on the bottom of the mold, forming a regular layer, slightly, cover with the French beans and puree over this carrot mixture.
Cover the preparation with a sheet of aluminum foil and cook in the oven already warm (160 degrees) for 1 hour, remove the cover sheet after 45 minutes.
Prepare the sauce: scalded the peppers in the oven, then put the salmon under cold water, shave it and remove the seeds and white membranes.
Frullatene the pulp along with 20 cl of water vegetables, salt and pepper and spread the sauce obtained in six individual dishes.
Gently put the flan, cut into slices and put one in each plate, garnish with lemon slices and a few leaves of dill and serve.
