Instructions
Divide into 2 equal parts the dough, spread a half in a casserole dish lightly greased.
Sprinkle the crescenza cheese into small pieces and cover with the remaining dough.
Cover with a cloth and allow to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Making of dimples with your fingers on the surface of the cake, sprinkle with salt, drizzle with oil and bake at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Shortly before the end of cooking oil even the focaccia and put it back in the oven.
Serve it immediately.
