Fogosch of balaton
Instructions
Wash, clean and fillet of Pike 700 2 g each.
Make a light broth with fish scraps, salt water and a bunch of herbs (celery, parsley, Bay leaves).
FRY in 50 g of butter a chopped onion and add 250 g of cultivated mushrooms, cleaned and sliced.
Drizzle with spicy paprika and cover flush with fish broth.
Cook on a gentle flame.
Arrange the Pike fillets in a greased baking, cover them with the mushrooms, cooked and sieved, mixed with a glass of cream and a spoonful of flour.
Bake 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

- 50 g of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 250 g of cultivated mushrooms
- Hot paprika
- Olive oil
- 1 glass of cream
- 1 tablespoon of flour
