Ham omelette
Instructions
Beat the eggs, add the ham and a sprig of parsley, one tablespoon of grated cheese, 2 tablespoons of cream, adjust salt and pepper in moderation.
In a pan melt a knob of butter and bake the frittata and Brown on both sides.
Serve hot.

- 6 eggs
- 120 g of ham
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
